The Great Illustrator Project
I’m part of a new adventure that might involve you, too: The Great Illustrator Project. The idea of the project is compelling: Many people can invent a children’s story, but very few also have the ability to illustrate it. That’s what the project will do for them. They will be able to choose from a pool of backgrounds, characters and props to “illustrate” their own digital book. Or the drawings can inspire an idea and lead to a fun story.
So far, the platform has to be built and the illustrations made. To be able to do that, Tom Anderson (formerly founder of Novint Technologies, the world’s leading video game company in the field of 3D touch) has put up the project at Kickstarter.com to collect funds. Here’s where you come in. If you think that this is a good idea and would be willing to crowdfund the project, not only do you get a great return (depending on the amount you invest), but you also help to bring more art into this world. For one dollar and a little bit of publicity in your social networks you can also vote for your favourite illustrator from a wonderful host of really amazing artists – and I’m one of them -pick me, pick me 
. Those with the most votes will be the first to be chosen when it comes to the realization of the project.
If you do pledge, please keep track of this code: 5470, and at the end of the project, you’ll be sent an email that asks for an “Artist Code”. If you enter it, then the money you invest will go to me rather than any other illustrators.
I’m really flattered and excited about being part of a group of so many amazing artists and I hope that many, many people will show their support for it. If you can’t invest personally, maybe you can at least spread the word about it, so a lot of people around the world know about the project and what we’re trying to accomplish. Thanks a ton.

Esta vez, soy parte de una aventura en la que puedes también estar: El Proyecto de los Grandes Ilustradores. La idea es interesante: muchos de nosotros podemos inventar historias infantiles, pero pocos nos animamos a ilustrarlas. Esa es la propuesta del proyecto. Quienes escriban historias y podrán elegir de una gran base de imágenes especialmente creada para éste fin, preciosos personajes, fondos y elementos de utilería que “ilustren” su propio libro digital. O tal vez sea al reves: los dibujos los conduzcan a inventar su propia narración.
La plataforma debe ser construída y los dibujos deben ser realizados. Para que ello sea posible, Tom Anderson (fundador de Novint Technologies, la compañía líder en el campo 3D, entre otras cosas), ha renido a 42 ilustradores de todo el mundo y ha lanzado el proyecto en Kicstarter.com para generar los fondos necesarios. Si la idea te entusiasma y quieres invertir en ella, vas a tener una buena recompensa (dependiendo del monto invertido), así como también colaborarás a que haya más arte en este mundo. Por un dólar y algo de publicidad en tus grupos sociales, puedes votar por tu ilustrador favorito entre un grupo magnífico de artistas -ah, yo me encuentro entre ellos, elígeme, elígeme!!! . Como corresponde, los ilustradores que tengan más votos, serán los primeros en realizar sus proyectos.

Estoy realmente orgullosa y feliz de ser parte de un grupo tan increíble de artistas internacionales y espero sinceramente que muchos, muchos puedan colaborar para que este esfuerzo se haga realidad.
